CC Capital is a 23,000 Sq. Ft. High-End interior office renovation located in the heart of Manhattan. Turi expanded the former office footprint by installing custom finishes throughout the space, including marble stone tile floors, back painted glass, exotic veneer millwork, slatted pop-up ceilings, exposed acoustically treated ceilings, and wood floors. The scope included a new café and conference room center, gymnasium, and open office floor plan. Upgrades were made to all existing infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and data cabling. Turi worked hand in hand with Ted Moudis Architects during preconstruction to provide a design assist while programming, schematic design, and exploratory demolition took place. This preconstruction design assist during the architectural and engineering design phase was crucial in the success of delivering the project on schedule and within budget.
