Turi provided preconstruction design assistance for the redevelopment and positioning of a client owned property. The reposition consisted of all new MEP infrastructure and deployed a new HVAC mechanical plant, electrical service, electrical switchgear, and electrical distribution. The redevelopment consisted of a full demolition of the building’s ground floor to create a new lobby and tenant experience. The building’s façade opened in many areas to create terraces providing natural light and fresh air to tenants. The existing roof setbacks and main roof were constructed to create a new rooftop amenity.
