David Serafin

David started out as a carpenter and found he had a knack for building and a passion for creating the visions of architects and clients. It quickly became apparent that clear communication between the client, design teams, and contractors was a key factor in success, and David continues to make that a top priority.

A few years later, he started his own general contracting business where budgets and cost management were of utmost importance. Making sure the work was run to ensure that a job came in on-time and on-budget was critical, and David honed his skills in this regard.

Having gained a solid reputation for delivering projects accordingly, he was offered an opportunity as a superintendent, moving from residential to the commercial realm. Now able to utilize his passion for executing designs on an even larger scale, his focus was on building out projects for Fortune 100 companies. Being a trained finish carpenter requires strict attention to detail, and this, along with a keen understanding of how each process in a build affects the outcome, enables David to consistently deliver high quality results.

While expertise, organization, communication, and problem solving are cornerstones of a successful job, David also strives to lead and motivate in a way that creates an enjoyable work environment for all involved.
