Turi Management Corp partnered with IPG as the Construction Manager as Agent for the planning and execution of the repurposing of Innovo’s Long Island City property. This effort consisted of Change of Use with the result of new TCO for the use of Office. New building infrastructure services were designed and installed to upgrade the property for commercial office use. Building HVAC, expanded and new electrical service, new elevator and modernization of existing elevator service, new Class E fire alarm, and life safety to achieve TCO. The exterior of the property were fully rehabilitated with substantial Local Law 11 improvements to the masonry construction. Once the Local Law 11 and masonry upgrades and corrections were completed, the exterior underwent a beautification that included painted new stain and colored membrane to the entire façade.
