Turi Management Corp partnered with Innovo Property Group for a 16,000 Sq. Ft. High-End Lobby repositioning of their existing building. The building’s prior orientation consisted of existing loading docks that supported the previous warehouse function of the property. The project included the replacement of the existing loading dock garage doors with new exterior storefronts, a new exterior canopy, and a new sidewalk that corrected the existing curb cuts and provided DOT approved pedestrian sidewalks. The interior of the loading dock was transformed from a commercial trucking garage to a building lobby, complete with new polished concrete floors and micro toppings, restrooms, an elevated wood platform, new elevator, custom elevator vestibule, exposed ceilings with custom lighting and new HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler systems.
